We are seeking a Head of Sales to scale, lead, and expand our sales organization. This senior leadership role requires a proven sales professional with 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, capable of combining hands-on execution with strategic vision to drive growth in existing and new markets.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across inbound, outbound, and partnership channels. Set ambitious yet achievable revenue and pipeline targets, translating them into clear, actionable plans for the team.
* Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including conducting demos and webinars with prospective clients and partners. Actively participate in prospect calls, lead live demos, support deal structuring, and develop pitch strategies.
* Utilize AI-driven automations, CRM innovations, and emerging sales technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance prospecting and closing processes.
* Grow and lead the sales organization, including recruiting, managing, and coaching Sales Specialists. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture where team members are empowered to develop and own results.
* Implement and oversee reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Use data insights to optimize conversion rates, pipeline health, and overall sales efficiency.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to align campaigns with sales goals and incorporate customer feedback into product roadmaps, positioning, and support strategies.
* Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets. Experience must include full ownership of the sales funnel, covering inbound and outbound sales.
* Willingness to engage in day-to-day sales activities, including customer calls, leading demos, and supporting deal closing.
* Ability to scale and lead high-performing sales teams, coaching and motivating team members to reach ambitious goals while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, with a forward-looking approach that embraces automation, AI solutions, and new technologies to gain a competitive edge and scale efficiency.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and implement data-driven strategies to improve pipeline performance and conversion rates.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels. Additional languages are a plus.
