We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the digital transformation at MCH Group. This role combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen to ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that support MCH’s transition to a cloud-hybrid environment while optimizing existing on-premise systems. You will work closely with business and IT teams to align technology with business goals to drive innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will shape the future of MCH Group’s IT landscape, creating a cohesive, agile, and forward-thinking architecture.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead solution design focused on scalability, integration, and alignment with business objectives. Develop architectural blueprints that address both current and future needs
* Develop a roadmap for transitioning to a cloud-hybrid environment, balancing on-premise reliability with the flexibility of cloud services
* Ensure cohesive integration between systems like CRM, ERP, and CMS, enabling seamless data flow and optimized processes
* Establish and maintain architectural standards, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements
* Develop minimal viable architectures to guide agile teams and ensure consistency with enterprise goals
* Work with stakeholders across departments to align IT and business needs, fostering relationships and building consensus
* Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with long-term business goals, driving a culture of continuous improvement
* Analyze trends and emerging technologies to align IT initiatives with business needs and strategy. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to achieve business objectives
* Identify disruptive trends and advise stakeholders on leveraging these opportunities. Pilot and implement new technologies
* Support change management efforts, ensuring stakeholders understand and adopt new solutions
Your profile:
* Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies (especially Azure), and scalable systems
* Align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives
* Knowledge of security standards in hybrid environments; design secure solutions for sensitive data
* Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; strong presentation skills
* Mentor teams, foster collaboration, and empower team members
* Analytical mindset to resolve architectural challenges and make informed decisions
* Align IT initiatives with both short-term and long-term business goals
* Influence business and IT leaders, advocate for architectural principles
* Support digital strategies and build cross-functional relationships
* Drive digital transformation through innovative solutions and new ideas
* Stay updated with industry trends and adjust architectural approaches
