We are looking for Care and Support Assistants/Nursing Assistants M/F/D residing in Switzerland, necessarily to work within a renowned hospital in Geneva - Schedule 70-100% - Temporary
Responsibilities
Assist the elderly person with daily living activities;
Apply instructions received from nurses and community health care assistants, organise and provide delegated ADL care;
Ensure, during end-of-life periods, quality care referring to the rules and standards in force in this field (addressing physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs);
Report observations orally and in writing in the resident's electronic file; Participate in meal and snack distribution as well as in maintaining the residents' material environment;
Accompany residents to recreational activities;
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Profile
Holder of the AFP Care and Support Assistant (ASA) or nursing assistant diploma only
Auxiliary diploma not accepted,
RESIDENCE IN SWITZERLAND MANDATORY
French language spoken and written mandatory;
Interpersonal skills, respect, empathy and availability;
Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarily;
Flexibility and ability to intervene on request at various establishments.
