Full‑time: 33 hours per week. Temporary contract.
Salary
Monthly salary (14 times) based on social work education. For 37 hours per week, €2,494.30–€2,739.80 gross; with experience, €2,676.40–€3,294.10 gross. Includes SEG allowance.

Responsibilities
* Provide support and care for people with intellectual impairments.
* Ensure self‑determined living for those under care.
* Assist with basic care tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and health prevention.
* Organize daily activities for employees.
Qualifications
* Completed training as Fachsozialbetreuer:in (AA, BA, BB), Pflegefachassistenz, or other social professions with UBV, or willingness to complete this module.
* Remain calm and clear in challenging situations.
* Enjoy working with people and open to interpersonal contact.
* Love to experience the day together with employees.
* Physical and psychological endurance.
* Good communication skills.
