Job Description
1. Conduct a diagnostic review of the client's currentpensation and HR transparency practices.
2. Identifpliance gaps in relationtothe directive,including: Gender pay gap reporting Salary transparency in job advertisements Employee rights to pay information Pay audits and corrective action plans
3. Collaborate with client stakeholders (HR, Legal, C&B) to revise or developpliant policies and procedures.
4. Support the design and implementation of transparent pay structures and internalmunication strategies.
5. Provide guidance on HRIS readiness and data reporting capabilities.
6. Develop training materials and change management support for HR teams and managers.
7. Stay abreast of national implementations of the directive and advise accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
8. Proven experience in HRpliance,, or HR transformation projects.
9. Strong understanding of EU labor law and pay equity frameworks.
10. Experience working with multinational clients or in a consulting capacity is a plus.
11. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
12. Fluent in English; other EU languages are an asset.
