Job description
As the ERP Program Manager / Business Analyst, you will lead and support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) within a fast-paced and evolving sports industry environment. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the ERP system aligns with operational goals across finance, supply chain, human resources, and event management.
1. Lead end-to-end ERP projects/Change requests involving Microsoft Dynamics F&O, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support
2. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across departments such as finance, warehouse, shipping, and human resources
3. Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with D F&O capabilities
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
6. Oversee testing phases (UAT, integration, regression) and ensure issue resolution
7. Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives
8. Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements tailored to the sports industrys unique needs
Profile
9. You have a strong customer orientation
10. Having a service oriented mindset, you are able to ensure a good relationship with the different business departments
11. Highly motivated, you are ready to travel to CH/DE/CZ and to sports competitions
12. Travel availability (approximately 20%) in Germany and abroad
Professional requirements
13. University degree in IT or a related field
14. 4+ years experience as an ERP Program Manager or a Business Analyst
15. Deep knowledge in Microsoft tools, in particular Dynamics F&O
16. Several years of experience in business project management
Languages
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; German would be an advantage
