Role Overview Currently, we're looking for a Sales Manager in Switzerland (French speaking part) to identify opportunities, expand market presence, and foster strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities Sales and revenue growth in designated cantons
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
Conducting market analyses and identifying business opportunities
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
Collaborating with the marketing and product management team to promote new products
Participating in trade fairs and events to represent the company
Regular reporting to the management in Austria
Requirements Professional experience in sales, ideally in the construction or insulation materials industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of self-motivation and goal orientation
Willingness to travel within the region
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Fluent in French
Good English and German
