Responsibilities
* Manage non‑conformities, changes, and documentation in SAP covering processes, methods, materials, and equipment.
* Build and maintain technical relationships with external suppliers and collaborate closely with internal departments—Logistics, Development, and Quality—to ensure seamless product supply.
* Enact structured problem‑solving processes for root‑cause analysis, supporting investigations of deviations within the S&C sensors and reagents production.
* Optimize production processes to improve quality, increase yield, and reduce costs.
* Establish, maintain, and continuously improve control loops.
* Independently communicate with and gather crucial information from various cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and department‑specific requirements.
* Prepare for and represent the organization during quality audits.
Qualifications
* University degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering (e.g., Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) and/or a completed apprenticeship with equivalent professional experience.
* First proven professional experience within a highly regulated, GxP‑compliant environment.
* Strong quality awareness (GxP mindset) and data‑driven mindset capable of managing deviations and optimizing processes.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within and across multidisciplinary teams.
* High motivation for teamwork, proactive collaboration, and hands‑on problem solving.
* Fluent communication skills in English and a good working knowledge of German (B2+).
