Ph3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou define and execute program strategies aligned with product line objectives and business targets /li liYou lead and oversee multiple global sourcing and development projects, ensuring delivery across technical scope, cost, quality, and timelines /li liYou coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams such as engineering, sourcing, quality, or operations in a matrix organization /li liYou proactively identify risks and deviations, and drive mitigation plans in alignment with senior stakeholders /li liYou organize and lead risk and governance meetings with management and key stakeholders /li liYou ensure structured and transparent project reporting (KPIs, budgets, milestones) in line with PMO standards /li liYou manage project planning and financial tracking using tools such as MS Project /li liYou ensure successful project closure, including post-project follow-up (SOP +6 months) and handover to Product Management /li liYou drive compliance with internal processes, including the Product Engineering Process /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, combined with strong business acumen /li liYou bring extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in an industrial and international environment /li liYou have solid experience in supply chain and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, cost management, and industrialization phases /li liYou demonstrate a proven track record delivering projects under cost, quality, and schedule constraints /li liYou have experience working in matrix organizations, coordinating teams without direct authority /li liYou possess strong stakeholder management skills and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership /li liYou have a structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities /li liYou ideally hold a project management certification such as IPMA (Level B or equivalent), PMI, or similar /li liYou are fluent in English, German and/or French are a strong plus /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
