Planning and execution of Supply Chain in Customer Projects. Ensure seamless and accurate scheduling that aligns with business, project, and manufacturing requirements, with particular emphasis on timely delivery.
Convert business information into demand planning within the system, verify capacity across different factories, and ensure financial performance aligns with targets
Review quotations to check lead times, consider factory workload in line with the requirements of the business
Coordinating closely and collaborating with Commercial team, Procurement, Shipping and Manufacturing
Define supply chain events for all components based on project strategy, lead times and given capacities
Draft, adjust and update the event schedule and prepare event schedule for kick‑off meetings
Track major events, monitor progress and proactively define actions with the Project Manager, the Supply Chain and Logistics in case of deviation or delay
Act as Single point of contact within the Sales & Operations Planning Process for Project Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics
Manage and coordinate factory supplies, ensuring a balanced supply plan that aligns project priorities and factory requirements with the manufacturing planner
These are the skills you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent, Master's degree in a technical field will be considered as a plus
1 to 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Project Planning
Very good communication skills in English, any additional language will be considered as a plus
Strong ability in the use of SAP, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Analysis) and SAP IBP
Strong customer focused problem solving and conflict management skills
Team spirit and well-developed communication skills as well as the ability to work within an interdisciplinary and international environment
