Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society. /p h3About the role /h3 h3Your main tasks and responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide 2nd-level IT support, both on-site and remotely, for all users of Sulzer Ltd, primarily within the assigned region and, if required, across other regions /li liMonitor and maintain the entire local IT infrastructure, including desktop and mobile Windows devices, MFPs, company-specific hardware and software, user and access management, servers, network components, etc. /li liInstall and configure end-user devices, including mobile phones /li liHandle hardware procurement and inventory management /li liReceive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests within 2nd-level support using standard IT tools /li liEscalate incidents and service requests to 3rd-level support, external local service providers, or management when required /li liPerform tasks in accordance with ITIL standards, primarily using the company's internal ticketing system ServiceNow (SNOW), while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /li liTechnically coordinate and set up video conferences (Microsoft Teams / Yealink) /li liManage and maintain internal meeting room infrastructure /li liCollaborate on and support local and global IT projects /li liTrain and coach new employees and trainees /li /ul h3Special Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide specialized IT support and daily assistance to VIP users, including support during external executive meetings and town halls /li liMember of a cross-functional team (DevOps: Local IT - Datacenter) /li /ul h3To succeed in this role you will need /h3 ul liSuccessfully completed IT education or training /li liSeveral years of professional experience in 2nd- and/or 3rd-level IT support /li liExperience in VIP support is an advantage (preferably in a comparable corporate environment) /li liBroad knowledge in network (Cisco), DDC (Hyper‑V), AD, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune etc. /li liITIL and/or Microsoft certifications (Server / Client / Network) are an advantage /li liVery good English skills and good German skills would be a strong advantage. /li liStrong customer- and service-oriented mindset /li liAnalytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach /li liAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment /li liFlexibility regarding tasks and working hours, and willingness to undertake occasional business travel /li liAvailability to work in shift hours (7am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm) /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 ul li25 days holidays (exclusive of bank holidays) + service days /li liDefined contribution pension scheme /li liEmployee Assistance Program/health care /li liOn-site car parking/public transport allowance /li liAccess to a wide range of discounts /li /ul pNo visa or work permit support can be provided for this role. /p pDo you have a question about the role? /p pReach out to Alexi Donadoni at /p pSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
