Events Manager (W/M)
Fixed term contract
You will be:
* Based in Nyon, Switzerland.
* Reporting to the Global Brand Scenography Director.
* Part of the Marketing team.
As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, and managing a wide range of events, including product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to elevate our brand presence in the industry. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events, particularly within the watch and luxury goods sector.
Job responsibilities
Event Execution and Strategy:
* Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies aligned with the brand's objectives, product launches, and partnerships.
* Identify event goals, target audiences, and KPIs to measure success.
* Coordinate all aspects of events, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
* Oversee budgeting, logistics, vendor selection, and negotiations.
* Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, staffing, and breakdown.
* Analyze event success through post-event data, attendee feedback, and ROI measurement.
* Use insights to refine future event developments.
Marketing and Promotion:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events to the target audience.
* Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels for event promotion.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, regions, and product development) to align events with broader marketing initiatives.
* Cultivate relationships with industry partners, vendors, and suppliers to enhance event offerings.
Profile
* Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
* Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events.
* Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management abilities.
* Creativity and the ability to develop innovative event concepts, with excellence and a strong sense of detail.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
