Scaling rapidly across Europe. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 pThe Role /p pYou’ll own the full back-office function of a regulated digital asset firm and manage a lean ops team of 2-3. Expect 60–80% hands‑on operational execution alongside team leadership. This is a build-and-run role with real ownership: you’ll set standards, improve processes, and ensure everything settles cleanly across a complex product stack (equities, bonds, crypto, tokenised assets).
