IT Service Manager (Healthcare Industry) – German & English required – immediately available (Ref. 2613)
6 months temporary contract
As the IT Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all IT-related staff support, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. You will drive operational improvements, manage service delivery, and collaborate with international teams to maintain high standards.
Your main tasks
 * Lead daily IT support for hardware/software, coordinating with external partners
 * Resolve incidents and service requests promptly
 * Provide escalation support for complex technical issues
 * Set up devices and onboard new team members
 * Track IT asset inventory and lifecycle
 * Maintain SLAs/KPIs and improve service quality
 * Streamline support through automation and process optimization
 * Collaborate across IT teams to solve cross-functional issues
 * Create and update user guides and documentation
Your profile
 * University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 * +5 years' proven experience in IT operations within the pharmaceutical industry
 * Independent, agile, and results-oriented approach with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
 * Excellent technical knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service
 * Full professional proficiency in both German and English
