nfrastructure Support Engineer

This role focuses on planning and coordination of maintenance activities in a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal standards. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in project planning using Microsoft Project, experienced in maintenance operations, and fluent in German.
The perfect candidate is a fluent German-speaking project planning specialist with strong Microsoft Project skills, experience in maintenance operations within pharma, and proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate maintenance interruptions in pharmaceutical operations
* Develop detailed schedules in Microsoft Project in collaboration with subject matter experts
* Ensure alignment with operational and compliance requirements
* Support project planning and execution for infrastructure and maintenance activities
* Utilize MS Excel and SAP for reporting and tracking
* Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth execution
* Contribute to continuous improvement in planning and maintenance processes
Your profile:
* Specialist in planning with MS Project (Microsoft Project)
* Fluent in German
* Experience in project planning
* Experience in maintenance operations
* Ability to create plans for maintenance interruptions in pharmaceutical operations in collaboration with subject matter experts
* Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
* Strong communication skills
* Team-oriented, able to collaborate across multiple departments
