HR Working Student - Part Time 50% - Winterthur, Switzerland

Are you looking to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world HR setting? As a working student (40–60%) for 6 months, you’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking HR team where you can build practical skills, work with real data, and make a tangible impact. This is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of HR operations while gaining experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
In your role as a working student within the HR department, you will support our team in cleaning up and migrating personnel data as part of a comprehensive data clean-up initiative. Additionally, depending on the need, you will take on general administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a related field and have an interest in HR topics. Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience. You work in a careful, structured, and reliable manner and have an IT affinity. Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
