* Design and develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support decision-making in a GxP-compliant environment
* Clean, structure, and enrich datasets from multiple sources (internal systems, sensors, third-party databases, etc.)
* Apply machine learning and AI techniques (classification, clustering, regression, NLP) to real-world pharmaceutical challenges
* Contribute to data product development: build reusable models, pipelines, and visual outputs
* Partner with Data Engineers to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant deployment of data science solutions
* Communicate results and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations
Required Skills
* Proven experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a regulated or scientific environment
* Solid knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data wrangling techniques
* Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, etc.), and tools like Jupyter, MLflow or similar
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly Dash)
* Good understanding of data governance and compliance in pharma (GxP, ALCOA+, FAIR principles) is a strong plus
* Familiarity with pharma-specific domains like clinical trials, manufacturing processes, or real-world evidence is appreciated
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Profile
* Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in applied data science
* Curious, rigorous, business-oriented, and able to explain complex models in simple terms
