Overview We are looking for a Foodie with leadership experience to lead our Swedish Food Market & Bistro team in IKEA Rothenburg.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
A strong leadership
Experience from working with food
A genuine interest in sales and motivation to fulfil customer needs
Strong analytical skills to maximize commerciality
Experience of serving customers in a vibrant retail environment
Responsibilities Present the IKEA Food range with its width and depth in ways that inspire our visitors and optimise sales
Ensure that the Swedish Food Market is in excellent shape and fully stocked at all times, always keeping customers in focus
Motivate and develop your team
Promote a safety first culture by ensuring that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work
