The nature of this role means you can expect to be onsite 4-5 days per week at our Rolle office.

Your role
Reporting to the Distribution Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the international distribution and logistics of our products, ensuring high quality and accuracy for all customer orders.
The value you bring
* Organize storage, distribution, and logistics of medical products within the cold chain internationally.
* Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents within ERP to ensure accuracy.
* Interact with customers to respond to inquiries about products, services, and shipping.
* Collaborate with teams across Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient delivery.
* 2-4 years of direct experience in distribution and logistics within a global/international supply chain environment.
* Experience with cold chain distribution of medical/pharmaceutical products is essential.
* Knowledge of air freight regulations (e.g., IATA standards).
* Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics.
