Your mission
Reporting to the Distribution Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the distribution and logistics of our products internationally, ensuring high care standards and accuracy for all customer orders.
The value you bring
* Organize the storage, distribution, and logistics of medical products within the cold chain internationally.
* Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents within ERP to ensure accuracy.
* Interact with customers to respond to inquiries about products, services, and shipping.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Sales Order Desk, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless, efficient delivery and customer experience.
* 2-4 years of direct experience within the distribution and logistics team of a global/international supply chain function, responsible for distribution/dispatch. Experience outside this scope is not suitable.
* Experience with cold chain distribution of frozen, refrigerated, and dry products is essential; ambient experience is not suitable.
* Knowledge of customs, import/export, and shipping documentation for medical/pharmaceutical products is valuable.
* Exposure to air-distributed products and relevant regulations (e.g., IATA standards).
* Mandatory knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Dynamics.
