Is this you? We are looking for a Regional Director for the Geneva region. Reporting to the Managing Director of French-speaking Switzerland, you are part of the Romandie Management and play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the region with a budget of over 80 million. With your management team of about 10 people, you supervise an area with more than 1,500 employees.

Ensure the development of the team, providing continuous support to foster their professional growth
Be a strategic advisor for the team, intervening as needed to overcome operational challenges
Define and implement the strategy aimed at the long-term growth of the region
Initiate and lead projects to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Implement ISS objectives to ensure exceptional service delivery
Actively manage client relationships and ensure their sustainable development
Act as an ambassador of ISS to clients in the Geneva region
Ensure the proper development of the client portfolio by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
Intervene as a mediator if necessary to guarantee client satisfaction
Be responsible for achieving the objectives set by ISS Switzerland and Romandie
Define and adhere to the budgets allocated to the region
Monitor monthly financial results, control and analyse costs
Implement actions to improve the profitability and financial efficiency of the region
What you bring Holder of a university degree in management
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management position with a strong client focus
Excellent professional network, ideally in the Facility Management sector
Fluent in French, very good knowledge of English and/or German is a strong asset
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ease
Open-minded personality, with strong resilience to challenges
Comfortable in complex, changing and demanding environments
Strong appetite for dynamic professional contexts
Constructive approach to the inherent fluctuations of the sector
Excellent analytical, synthesis and perspective-taking skills
High stress resistance
