Company: Hubbers – From Dreams to Impact
Hubbers is a global innovation ecosystem where creators, experts, and dreamers come together to shape sustainable futures.
From AI-powered SaaS tools to purpose-led communities, events, and collaborative brands, our work is deeply rooted in the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We believe real change happens when communities become the driving force behind innovation.
At Hubbers, we don’t just hire — we co-create.
About the Role
We’re looking for part-time collaborators ready to energize local ecosystems, host meaningful events, and nurture emerging communities around sustainable innovation.
This role blends creativity, people skills, and community thinking. Whether you’re organizing gatherings, connecting with local changemakers, or amplifying inspiring stories — you’ll help translate shared purpose into real momentum.
Many of our collaborators begin their journey by immersing themselves in our culture, tools, and community practices — especially as we build an ecosystem where innovation is powered by communities and globally connected resources. For some, this starts with a learning phase through programs at IGS – the Impact Generator School – helping lay the foundation for aligned, long-term collaboration. While experience matters, we equally value the openness to learn, adapt, and grow together
Spark and support vibrant, mission-aligned communities
Organize and promote local or virtual events
Connect with community partners, speakers, and creative leaders
Share real stories, insights, and outcomes from your local network
Support collective learning and engagement strategies
The role offers room to evolve based on your vision, goals, and contributions. For some, this journey may begin with foundational programs designed to build alignment, accelerate readiness, and foster a shared vision — essential elements in co-creating a thriving ecosystem together.
️ A natural connector — energized by collaboration
️ You’ve built or contributed to a community — or you're eager to try
️ You’re driven by purpose, not just positions
️ Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, Canva, and socials
️ Fluent in English, and ideally another language
️ Curious, adaptive, and action-oriented
Be part of a globally inclusive innovation movement
Gain access to practical learning, tools, and collective intelligence
Help shape community-led brands and tools
Collaborate with an international team of creatives and changemakers
Participate in projects, programs, and experiences designed for long-term growth
One size doesn’t fit all — and this isn’t a one-track, monotonous role. Not everyone enters or grows within the ecosystem the same way. While some collaborators begin through project opportunities, others explore learning-based pathways that foster deeper alignment and shared purpose. Each journey is intentional — often leading to impactful, long-term collaborations.
5 to 10 hours per week
Compensation is project-based and experience-aligned
Compensation and engagement in high-impact projects evolve as your alignment and contributions deepen. Many collaborators begin with flexible, project-based involvement — with more defined roles unfolding over time through trust, shared purpose, and meaningful impact.
This isn’t just a typical part-time job — it’s an evolving journey shaped by shared purpose and real contribution.
The deeper the alignment, the greater the opportunities. If you're here to co-create rather than just contribute hours, we’re excited to explore what we can build together.
Let’s build something extraordinary together.
