Our Intake Specialist will build relationships with people who contact our firm seeking help with legal or personal crises. Success requires empathy, experience, and skill. You will play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for potential clients.

A superstar who supports our business by developing rapport with potential clients during initial contact. Responsibilities include triaging client needs, inputting lead info into our CRM, and preparing data for our Sales Team.

Responsibilities
Initial Client Intake: Use scripts to understand client needs, schedule follow-up, organize leads, and provide feedback for service improvement.
Connecting with Our Audience: Weekly verbal reports and monthly written feedback on target audience needs and marketing ideas.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with policies, procedures, and draft SOPs.
Reception Backup: Support reception as needed.
Qualifications
Confidence, organizational and team skills
Resilient problem-solving skills
5+ years customer relations experience
Understanding of business principles
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proficiency with office software and CRM tools
Positive attitude
High School Diploma required; BS preferred
We work with clients experiencing stress and emotional challenges. If you can help people navigate these situations, we want to hear from you. Training will be provided on our legal matters, lead tracking, and calendaring systems.
