Job Description:
Technical Business Analyst-Strong CRM Experience required (Banking Domain)
 * Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
 * Excellent knowledge of wealth management, investment strategies, and financial products.
 * Strong recent expertise in CRM Implementation/Integration activities must have.
 * Dynamic and proactive in completing assigned tasks, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability to change.
 * Ability to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
 * Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
 * Autonomy and ability to independently analyze data from various systems.
 * Excellent organizational skills, resilience under stress, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
 * Proficient in SQL query languages and tools for accessing databases.
 * Knowledge and experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
 * Familiarity with APIs, including the use of JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
 * Higher education in Computer Science (University, HES, Federal Diploma, EPF) or equivalent qualifications.
Responsibilities
 * Participate in gathering and analyzing client requirements, and write detailed functional specifications needed for our development center.
 * Support and assist the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles.
 * Ensure the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs/integration tests.
 * Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.
 * Provide level 3 support in case of production incidents.
