Samvaz SA is a family business that has been active in metalworking in Châtel-St-Denis (Fribourg) since 1964. The company has grown by developing, manufacturing and marketing its own products, such as PIPEX® sanitary fasteners, SAM® formwork systems, RALI® planing machines and TERSA® planing shafts, which are distributed in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide. The company employs around 140 people in total. As a significant economic player, Samvaz SA also assumes social responsibility, particularly through a large photovoltaic system, a wood waste heating system and the awarding of certain jobs to sheltered workshops in the region.

Become part of our team and support our customers in the successful implementation of their projects in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation (HVAC).
YOUR TASKS
You process customer enquiries and orders received by phone or in writing
You prepare quotations and tenders
You offer suitable solutions for our customers’ projects and advise them competently
You coordinate the projects together with our field staff and technicians
You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the department
YOUR PROFILE
You have training in the HVAC field and solid professional experience in this area
You have a confident manner and very good French language skills, both spoken and written
You have experience in customer service
You are characterised by your technical knowledge and your ability to communicate it clearly
You are proficient with common IT tools
You work independently, in a structured way and value teamwork
You keep an overview even in stressful situations and are used to working in a demanding environment
