Responsibilities – Documentation and Administrative Support
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Management Team for all duties including mail, word processing, filing, order processing, telephone answering.
* Gather information and prepare presentations for meetings.
* Draft complex documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as contracts and agreements.
* Prepare, assemble and modify weekly reports, presentations and briefing materials using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Use database systems to maintain current records and support monthly reporting.
* Assist the President with team collaboration.
* Manage calendar including internal/external meetings, site-visits and other special events.
* Manage meetings to include taking minutes and maintaining action item lists to ensure follow‑up.
* Support the Sales Management Team with travel itineraries: hotel reservations, flight booking and other related issues, including travel expense reports, reconciling credit card statements and other duties as needed to manage travel.
Requirements
* Successful completed commercial apprenticeship.
* Minimum 5 years of office administration experience in a multinational environment, preferably with recent senior executive support experience.
* Strong knowledge of office‑related software including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
* Ability to maintain confidential information.
* Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English.
