* Technical and managerial leadership of the production planning team, which currently consists of 4 employees
* Responsibility for the operational and tactical production planning of cable manufacturing, with the goal of optimizing resource utilization and meeting deadlines
* Creation, maintenance, and ongoing adjustment of production schedules, taking into account deadlines, batch sizes, and setup times
* Responsibility for the needs‑based procurement of raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished goods, as well as for implementing appropriate measures in the event of material shortages
* Planning, analysis, and management of short‑, medium‑, and long‑term capacities (staff, equipment, shifts)
* Active participation in S&OP, forecasting, and reconciliation processes
* Continuous improvement of planning processes, planning logic, and key performance indicators, as well as support for the further development of ERP and planning tools
You Are
* Basic technical or business training, followed by advanced training to become a Process Specialist (FA) or a Certified Industrial Engineer (HF)
* Several years of professional experience in a similar position
* An open‑minded person with a high degree of flexibility and initiative
* Solution‑oriented thinking and action
* Very good written and spoken German skills
