Quarterly Business Review (QBR) for Redevco and Anthos Fund & Asset Management (AFAM)
Preparation, participation and follow up of quarterly business reviews for Real Estate and Asset Manager-AFAM. QBRs are critical in review process of COFRA businesses performance. During the quarterly meeting the mid- and long-term strategy for the business is determined, financial performance as well as any liquidity aspects is evaluated. QBRs is an exciting intersection between COFRA Group and operating businesses, giving an opportunity to engage in both typical corporate strategy activities (portfolio, M&A, strategy process, sustainability, etc.) and deploying the full business strategy toolkit.
Mid and long-term liquidity forecast for the Group
Implementation and maintenance of a liquidity management tool for the whole Group, taking into account uncertainties of Private Equity cash flows as well as modelling different market scenarios. Given scarcity of capital at the Group level, the importance of liquidity projections becomes more critical in ensuring the overall liquidity of the Group and taking actions upon foreseen liquidity squeeze. This entails coordination and negotiations with different stakeholder groups: project leads, tax department, Anthos organisation, etc.
Management Reporting:
Design and implementation of a dashboard for performance evaluation of different businesses within the Group, introducing an outside-in view from different sources: News, Bloomberg database, financial accounts of competitors, etc. New performance evaluation tools are afterwards “socialised” within the finance communities.
Constant improvement of performance evaluation tools, finding new (more efficient) ways of extracting information as well as presenting it, so that decision makers are clear about the facts, working with more sophisticated tolls such as Power BI and Azure databases instead of Excel.
Regular analyses of the Private Equity and Real Estate businesses of the Group for Executive Management
Help-out on presentations for the CFO/CEO (Executive Board, Supervisory Board, Shareholders)
Special Projects:
Ad hoc analysis
Project participation, may be cross-functional within the finance discipline
Work on M&A deals: evaluation and modelling of the business of targets. Suggesting deal structures based on the economics of targets and appetite of the Group.
You need:
University degree in Business and/or other university degree with significant work experience in finance with strong focus on management reporting and/or business analysis
5-7 years experience in business, consulting or similar environment, preferably international and/or in a diversified business context
