Gamma SA is a company active for over 15 years in French-speaking Switzerland in the fields of Owner’s Representative (DMO), architecture, and site management.
As part of the development of our activities, we are strengthening our team and looking for an experienced Site Manager, with a strong field, technical and project management orientation.
Main Mission
The position consists of ensuring the complete management of projects during the execution phase, guaranteeing cost control, respect of deadlines, and coordination of stakeholders.
- Supervision and management of construction projects
- Verification of statements and compliance with safety standards
- Collaboration with agents and management of partner companies
- Ensuring respect of deadlines, costs and quality of execution
- Leading site meetings and keeping the logbook
- Preparation of calls for tenders and bids
- Detailed planning and monitoring of works

Your Profile
Degree in Site Management or equivalent training
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Switzerland
Proven experience in execution phase and site management
