We're looking for an experienced and proactive
IT Project Manager
to join our growing team here in Switzerland
In this role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. From managing timelines to leading cross-functional teams, you'll ensure every project runs smoothly — combining structure, technology, and collaboration.

What You'll Do:
* Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from initiation to successful completion
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
* Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align technology solutions with strategic goals
* Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
* Lead technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
* Track project performance and prepare progress reports for management
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize delivery efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* 3–7 years of experience in IT project management, systems implementation, or digital transformation
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
* Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to bridge tech and business needs
* Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
* PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a strong plus
* Fluency in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal)
