Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding and nurturing a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure renewals are achieved and service utilisation is enhanced
2. Driving the end-to-end implementation of new clients and services, on-going utilisation strategies and client engagement projects for the dedicated client portfolio
3. Generating proposals, pricing, and contracts
4. Maintaining data accuracy in the CRM-tool
5. Working closely with internal departments to ensure new customer onboarding, account reviews, smooth and efficient client renewal processes and reporting
6. Contributing to the development of cross-border sales through proactive collaboration with other regions
Required Profile:
1. Experience of selling in a global b2b sales environment
2. A passion for research and finding solutions
3. An excellent communicator, customer advocate, natural networker and team player
4. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
5. Fluency in written and spoken English, French, and German
