Key Performance Brand Manager
We're seeking an experienced Key Performance Brand Manager to join our team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Your primary focus will be on creating long-term visions for marketing, working closely with product teams to architect plans, and collaborating with commercial and internal marketing teams to drive execution. You will also be responsible for setting the tone for brand voice and messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency and cohesion throughout our marketing efforts.
This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the premium lifestyle, sportswear, and training market. You will need to have a proven track record of success in managing global consumer brands within these industries, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You should also be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.

* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 12+ years of brand marketing experience on both the brand and agency sides.
* A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, leading teams.
* Experience leading long-term vision setting within a sportswear brand.
* A higher education degree (bachelor or above) in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field; or similar experience.
