To support the Group Finance function, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join the Group Consolidation team on a fixed-term basis. This role offers exposure to group-level accounting topics, international stakeholders and US GAAP reporting within a structured and professional setting.Job DescriptionPreparation, review and reconciliation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and capital expenditure reportsActive involvement in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes in accordance with US GAAP and SOX requirementsAnalysis and assessment of complex transactions, including technical accounting research and the preparation of accounting memorandaClose collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights to support business decisionsEnsuring audit readiness and supporting internal and external audits, including the documentation and maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley controlsThe Successful ApplicantCommercial accounting education or equivalent qualificationSeveral years of experience in a comparable role within an international organisationSolid knowledge of US GAAP; CPA certification with an active licence is requiredStrong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesDetail-oriented, hands-on and results-driven mindsetFluent in English, both written and spokenAdvanced user of MS Office, particularly ExcelWhat's on OfferA challenging role within an international and dynamic finance environmentExposure to group consolidation and high-level financial reporting topicsOpportunity to further develop technical accounting and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative and professional team cultureParticipation in interesting, high-visibility finance projects
