Flexibility: each in‑store visit takes approximately 20 minutes, allowing multiple assignments in a day.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Fluent German speaker (written and spoken).
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
