Roles and Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
* 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Program / Engineering Program Management.
* Hands‑on experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 programs or large CRM/ERP platforms.
* Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Dataverse, Power Platform, and extensibility models.
Technical Competencies
* D365 CRM modules and/or Finance & Supply Chain
* Dataverse, security roles, RBAC, and compliance
* Integrations using Azure services and APIsPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF)
* Experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, release management, and environment governance.
Program & Leadership Skills
* Strong experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models.
* Excellent risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery forecasting skills.
* Ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across engineering and business teams.
