Ophtapharm AG is a FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (Ophthalmics). Our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur produces high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels for international markets, which are produced, filled, and packaged aseptically.
To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Manager Production Planning (w/m) 100 % to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities Support planning of bulk and semi-finished goods, finished product packaging, and planning of raw materials, primary and secondary packaging materials
Participate in supply and production meetings
Coordinate delivery times and dates with purchasing
Optimize inventory levels
Customer Service – daily contact with customers regarding forecasts, production, and delivery dates, including participation in update meetings
Export / Shipping – assist logistics specialists in preparing shipping and export documents and coordinate with warehouse, customers, and shippers
Ad-hoc requests – general administrative tasks such as creating documents, SOPs, etc.
Reporting – prepare monthly reports and KPIs presentations for the Manager Production Planning and Head of Supply Chain
Your Profile Higher vocational training / Bachelor’s degree or similar (Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics)
Several years of experience in planning/export/order processing
Further training in export/import & transportation
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
