Senior Financial Analyst – Cash Management

Verisure is seeking an innovative and passionate Group Senior Financial Analyst - Cash Management to support our Global Group Functions organization.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, Group Functions & Special Projects (based in Geneva HQ), this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders across key functions such as HR, Legal, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Controlling, Reporting and Planning: Analyze variances and trends, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal guidelines
* Prepare and distribute standard financial reports with country finance organization, including call outs from variance analysis
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting for senior group management, e.g. board pack, call meetings
* Enable forward-looking decision making based on an up-to-date risk and opportunity profile and a rolling forecast (12-24 months) with relevant mitigation recommendations
* Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with markets and Group tax and treasury
* Provide analysis and insights to support budgetary decisions and optimize financial performance
Projects, Policy and Framework Establishment:
* Provide best in class analysis to identify and size cash improvement opportunities through close collaboration with key stakeholders in group and market organization (logistics, procurement, etc.)
* Track progress of cash improvement initiatives and provide comprehensive summaries for steering committee
* Support creation and implementation of policies to improve cash performance KPIs (working capital, payment terms, inventory management, etc.).
Experiences and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
* 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally with exposure to corporate finance, tax and/ or treasury
* Thorough understanding of accounting principles and affinity towards financial reporting and cash management.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
* Ability to operate in a fast moving, highly complex environment.
* Empathic collaborator with the ability to build strong business relationships across geographies.
* Results driven, solution-orientated mindset and strong fit with our DNA.
* Business proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
