For our Flagship Store in Geneva we are looking for a passionate store manager
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Managing, coaching, motivating and developing a small team
* Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals enhancing and developing the business
* Provide and ensure an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as BLUE LEMON brand values
* Organize and capture meaningful customer data for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
* Ensure BLUE LEMON visual standards.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Inspiring leader with a proven track record of developing talents within your team
* Passionat in delivering an exceptional retail- and client service
* Result driven with strong experience in exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Proud of the strong experience at this level gained in a luxury or premium fashion environment
* Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
* Excellent communicate skills in english and french
* Attention to detail needed
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
