About the role:
You will support Senior Relationship Managers in delivering a first-class client experience. Your key responsibilities include:
* Client Support & Administration
o Assist in day-to-day servicing of German-domiciled private banking clients.
o Prepare account opening documentation, manage KYC/AML updates, and handle administrative requests.
o Coordinate with internal departments (Compliance, Operations, Investment Advisory).
* Business Development Support
o Prepare bespoke presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to prospective and existing clients.
o Support the onboarding of new clients and contribute to internal business development initiatives.
* Investment & Portfolio Support
o Help monitor client portfolios and prepare investment reports and briefing notes.
o Assist with trade execution workflows and internal booking processes.
* Operational Excellence
o Maintain client files and ensure data quality in CRM systems.
o Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up notes, and documentation for client reviews.
About the candidate:
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.
* Solid understanding of banking products, investment concepts, and compliance processes.
* Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English ; additional languages are an asset.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Client-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
