Compensation:

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership

1. Define and execute multi‑year regional sales strategy aligned with aligned with the Bioindustries & Commodities business group strategy.
2. Drive commercial excellence initiatives to expand market share in food manufacturing, including value‑added ingredients, specialty solutions, and co‑development partnerships.
3. Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to shape strategic priorities.

Commercial & Customer Leadership

4. Lead negotiations for complex, multi‑year, high‑value agreements and partnerships.
5. Champion customer‑centric innovation in collaboration with R&D, Technical Support, and Marketing.

Business Development & Expansion

6. Lead geographic and segment expansion, including new channels, adjacencies, and partnership models.
7. Assess capital investment needs and recommend resource allocation for sustainable growth.

Organizational & People Leadership

8. Build and develop a high‑performing regional sales organization.
9. Develop future leaders; strengthen commercial competencies, value selling, and account management methodologies.
10. Shape a culture of performance, collaboration, and compliance.

Financial & Risk Management

11. Oversee P&L elements related to pricing, volumes, margins, and operating costs.
12. Evaluate risks (supply, regulatory, logistics) and implement mitigation plans.

What You’ll Need:

Education:

13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA valued

Experience:

14. 12+ years with proven senior leadership in sales
15. Strong track record in food manufacturing, ingredients, or B2B food solutions

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

16. This is a full-time position that will occur from Monday - Friday.
