Responsibilities
* 1st/2nd-Level Support for end-users (phone, remote, on-site)
* Hardware, Office & Business Apps troubleshooting and repair
* User account and permission management
* Installation and configuration of IT systems
* Participation in IT projects and documentation
Qualifications
* Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)
* Technical skills: M365, Citrix, Windows Server, basic networking
* Hands-on experience with hardware support and troubleshooting
* Service-oriented, independent, well-documented
* Fluent German, valid driver's license (category B)
