System Integration Expert: Delivering Industrial Excellence
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in shaping the future of industrial systems integration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and Maintain System Integration Principles: Develop and maintain system integration design principles for Plant of Tomorrow portfolio solutions, including on-premise systems, hybrid, and cloud-based applications.
* Harmonized Systems Architectures: Design harmonized systems architectures for next-generation technologies to support our cement operations globally, across 50 countries and over 260 sites.
* Integrated System Architectures: Collaborate with product owners and development teams to develop integrated system architectures aligned with the system integration strategy.
* Solution Architecture Evaluation: Critically evaluate existing solution architectures and provide guidance on achieving superior performance, meeting business requirements, and adhering to cyber security standards.
* Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to product owners on translating business requirements into solution requirements documents and technical specifications for project execution.
* Regional/Cement Plant Support: Consult with regional/cement plant teams to optimize their technology implementation and integration roadmap, ensuring alignment with the group strategy.
* Project Progress Tracking: Promote, rollout, and track system integration project progress in different regions/plants.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience with SAP BW, Commercial Cloud APIs, and Information/Control BUS Configuration:
* 5+ Years of Experience in System Integration for Heavy or Process Industries (IT & OT):
* 5+ Years of Experience in Defining, Proposing, and Leading Large-Scale System Integration Projects:
* Python Programming Skills:
* PREFERRED Qualifications:
* 2+ Years of Experience in Special Projects like Digital Twins, Integrated Digital Platforms, Digital Workplaces, Integrated Operations Centers, or Data Lakes:
* Experience with SAP PM, PP, QM (Work Order Creation, Notifications, etc.) Preferred:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science:
* Holistic Industrial Solutions Architecture:
* Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
* Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills:
* Fluent English; Spanish or German (an Advantage):
