Deputy Manager and Group Leader at 80-100%
Your mission
As an early childhood professional, you play a key role in the overall development of the child and the implementation of the centre’s educational project. You support each child in an environment of trust, emotional security and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families and the centre. Finally, you will work closely with the director on the management of the structure and supervise a small team composed of ASE, interns and APE. Thus, you ensure a complete managerial mission.
Your profile
- Qualified ASE or equivalent recognised by the competent authority.
- Bilingual French/English is an asset.
- Previous experience in team management.
- Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability and cultural diversity.
- Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment, both for children and your team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for collaborative work with children, families and teams.
