Prepare and present dishes in the Show Galley to delight our guests. Assist in setting up and dismantling buffets, juice stations, and bread stations, including their cleaning. Adhere to A-Rosa standard recipes according to the cookbook to ensure the highest quality. Support daily buffet decoration and crew meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Assist with mise-en-place and tasks in all kitchen areas. Ensure hygiene in the entire work area according to the applicable standards. Benefits

Completed vocational training as a cook. At least six months of professional experience, preferably ship experience. Very good German and English language skills. Basic knowledge of international standard products. HACCP knowledge and a health certificate for the gastronomy sector. Commitment and enthusiasm for culinary challenges. Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
