What youll do Lead end-to-end growth strategy across digital channels (paid social/search, email/CRM, partnerships).
Build and optimize high-converting funnels and campaigns.
Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound strategies.
Engage with prospects to understand needs and guide them to the right solutions.
Own results from planning through execution; optionally mentor other marketers.
What you bring 5+ years in growth/performance marketing, digital sales, or business development.
Proven record of measurable, scalable growth.
Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.
Genuine interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work.
Nice to have: SEA/SEO, marketing automation/CRM, Meta/Google Ads.
