Associate Manager, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Join Agoda as an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing. This role is based in Bangkok and relocation is provided.


About Agoda

Agoda is an online travel booking platform that connects travelers with a global network of 4.7 million hotels and holiday properties worldwide, plus flights, activities, and more. It is part of Booking Holdings and employs over 7,100 people across 27 markets.


Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
* Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
* Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
* Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
* Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.


Qualifications

* 4–6 years of experience as a data analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
* Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
* Stakeholder management & communication skills, with experience influencing senior management.
