Key Responsibilities
* Support the smooth operation of the chemistry laboratory, assisting teachers during experiments, and maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient lab environment for students
* Prepare and set up laboratory apparatus, materials, and equipment for chemistry practical sessions
* Maintain inventory and stock of lab equipment and consumables
* Monitor and enforce laboratory safety protocols and guidelines
* Assist in the maintenance and calibration of scientific instruments
* Support in documenting practical work, reports, and lab records
* Dispose of materials safely and follow waste management procedures
Profile & Competencies
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Science, or a related field
* Prior experience in a school laboratory setting preferred, ideally in an international school environment
* Working knowledge of chemistry lab equipment and safety procedures
* Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and team spirit
* Bilingual French & English
* Clean criminal records
* Swiss / EU citizenship / valid Swiss work permit
