We are looking for a Principal Product Manager (m/w/d) with 2 direct reports who is eager to bring expertise and passion to projects that make a lasting impact.

Your Role
* Transform structural requirements into smart, practical reinforcement designs.
* Develop detailed technical drawings and calculations for prefabricated reinforcement solutions.
* Partner with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver tailor-made solutions.
* Support project managers and production teams with your engineering know-how.
* Ensure designs comply with building codes, engineering standards, and best practices.
* Be part of a forward-thinking team continuously improving design processes and systems.
What You Bring
* Degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
* Solid experience in structural or civil engineering design; experience with reinforcement systems or prefabricated construction is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of engineering standards and construction practices.
* Skilled in CAD software and structural design tools.
* A problem-solver with an eye for details.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent German (spoken & written) – a must.
* Good English would be an advantage.
