As an Assistant Auditor, you will contribute to delivering impactful audit engagements in Spanish entities, working closely with audit team members across geographies in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
* Learn by doing: Participate in all stages of the audit process, from planning to reporting. Support the delivery of the audit plan by completing your assigned audit work of exceptional quality, on time and with impact.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or similar.
* 1–2 years of experience (including internships), ideally in insurance or financial services.
* Analytical and critical thinking, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
* Basic knowledge of audit methodology, internal controls, and preferably the insurance sector.
* Interest in learning Data Analytics, IT, and GenAI.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver assigned activities on time.
