Building and Technical As a technical drawing specialist within our Workplace & Facility Services team, you play a key role in the layout, evolution, and management of our workspaces. You collaborate closely with our Senior Technical Specialist, project managers, and service manager to design reliable, accurate, and essential plans for the daily operation of our mission: to create, update, and ensure the quality of architectural, technical, layout, and safety plans, in order to provide our teams with a modern environment that meets their main responsibilities. Manage the procedure for establishing plans. Participate in defining and continuously improving the design process. Ensure standards and good layout plans (Workplace Management). Design and update workspace layout plans. Identify space needs and participate in their requirements OLT3, EHS, and other legal or internal standards. Ensure a fair distribution of spaces and optimal layout of furniture and equipment. Develop and update architectural and technical plans. Create architectural, technical plans and principle diagrams. Take measurements on site and ensure the update of as-built plans. Manage fire safety plans. Produce and maintain fire safety plans and signage related to Physical Security. Contribute to managing the CAFM/GMAO tool. Participate in the development of the tool (Archibus or Planon). Maintain technical databases to integrate plans and generate reports necessary for building management. Degree in building studies or equivalent in a field related to building required. 5 years of experience in building drawing or building technical work (required). Experience in a design office (preferred). Technical knowledge SIA standards, cantonal energy, and fire safety requirements. Reading electrical, heating/cooling, and plumbing diagrams. Knowledge of Revit (required). CAFM (Archibus or Planon) important. MS Office, SAP. Languages French (fluent). English (good understanding). Personal qualities Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented, and priority management.
