With the opening of our new branch in Neuchâtel SBB, we are looking for: Assistant Store Manager, full-time (80-100%). As an Assistant Store Manager for our new branch in Neuchâtel SBB, you will actively support the Store Manager in daily management, participate in the setup of the store, and contribute to a successful launch. You will be passionately involved in merchandising, assist with orders and inventory management, help with scheduling, and be fully engaged in daily activities, leading by example on the sales floor. You should demonstrate flexibility and be willing to work at least two weekends per month.What you bring:- Experience in retail, ideally in sales (previous management experience is not necessary; people from other sectors are also welcome, such as nurses or healthcare professionals).- A strong desire to learn and the ambition to take on more responsibility.- Leadership skills and a strong team spirit.- Excellent command of French (C1 level) and basic knowledge of English.- A positive personality, engaged and customer-oriented.- A love for human contact and teamwork.- An appreciation for Flying Tiger products and embody our values.Does this sound like you?
